Harry hareendran really stood out at the club lounge! he created positive interactions with all guests. harry is reliable and manages all requests promptly. his professionalism and lively attitude turned a great stay into a nice one. I highly recommend the club lounge service.

the tv randomly switched on in the middle of the night at 4am while we were sleeping. it kept switching back on after we turned it off! a technician had to come up to turn off the power supply to the tv entirely.

breakfast variety modern gym shaded section access convenience

I found the included breakfast excellent with its variety. The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. The hotel provided convenient access to nearby transportation hubs.

I did notice a slight delay in receiving requested extra towels one evening.
